    Are there plans for a canteen on the site or is there a comparable local supply offering?

    A canteen is not planned at the moment, but there are a number of concepts that we are examining which, in addition to the existing local supply in the surrounding area, will expand the supply directly on site.

    Is there a mobility concept?

    We are currently actively working on a mobility concept for the GIESSEREI together with the service provider VEOMO.

    Are there bicycle parking spaces?

    Yes, 137 and fully covered and secured.

    Are the roof terraces accessible to all tenants?

    The roof terraces are exclusively for the neighboring tenants and can be designed and used according to their wishes.

    What is the target group of future tenants?

    We offer a modern commercial location for interested parties from the research, development and production sectors. Pure office use is also conceivable. The GIESSEREI is not suitable for logistics.
